Donna Sperone serves as General Manager of Countywide Abstract with over 30 years of management experience in the title insurance industry. In her career, Donna has presided over thousands of real estate closings, both residential and commercial. She oversees all day to day operations as well as the overall management of the organization.
Formally Executive Vice-President of the title entity of US Mortgage Insurance Company for over 10 years, she was responsible for all title operations throughout the United States. Upon her departure from US Mortgage Insurance Company, she co-founded Pennsylvania Land Transfer Company serving as its President until 1999.
Her election as President of the Board of Directors of the American Cancer Society was the first for a woman as well as a non-medical member. She currently serves as a Board Member of Point Hope, on a national as well as international basis.
Dawn Rhood has worked in the title business for the last eight years, overseeing the accounting operations for Countywide Abstract. Dawn received her bachelors degree in science from Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a major in accounting. Currently, she is the Office Manager for Countywide Abstract as well as the in-house accountant.
As former legal assistant for a local attorney, Rhonda came to Countywide seven years ago as a application processor and conveyancer. Rhonda was promoted to a closing officer over five years ago and is now the primary closing officer for the company. Rhonda has closed hundreds of properties and considers her job a new experience every day.
Jeannie has been with Countywide Abstract for more than 20 years. Although her duties are primarily behind the scenes, she is an active and reliable member of the Countywide team. Jeannie's responsibilities include the processing of title applications and the reviewing and issuing of all title commitments.
Connie has been with Countywide for 21 years as title searcher and abstractor. This process includes identifying items of record which could adversely effect and interfere with the transfer of property.
